The Westcliff/Dover Shores area continues to see market strength growing with multiple offers on competitively priced homes.  Many signs point to a stable and slightly rising market for the near term.  If past trends bear out, the late winter and spring months will generate the majority of sales activity for 2014, making this the best time to list property.  If you are a potential buyer, then you will also have more choices than late summer or fall based on historical inventory.
